Cy Giacomin
A career in composition does not develop overnight, and those of us who need financial help in the beginning stages are not likely to receive it in the form of commission fees. Those who believe in us from the beginning, such as the NSTT, make it possible to develop our technique; as I continue my studies at McGill, I know that I am very happy where I am and it is with help from the Nova Scotia Talent Trust that I am able to secure my footing... in the music industry.
