Volunteer with NSTT
Help shape the future of Nova Scotia’s emerging artists.
For more than 80 years, Nova Scotia Talent Trust has invested in talented emerging artists from across the province. Our volunteers play an important role in making that support possible.
Whether you bring professional experience, a passion for the arts, a desire to give back, or simply a belief in the potential of Nova Scotia’s emerging artists, there may be a place for you at NSTT.
Join Our BoardOur Board of Directors brings together people who want to make a difference for Nova Scotia’s arts community and help guide the future of NSTT. We welcome individuals with an interest or experience in areas such as the arts, fundraising, communications, advocacy, finance, governance, business and community engagement. You don't need to be an artist to contribute. What matters most is a willingness to share your knowledge, connections and perspective in support of emerging artists. Interested in joining the Board? Tell us a little about yourself and your experience by completing our Board Volunteer Form. |
Join the Scholarship Selection CommitteeOur Scholarship Selection Committee (SSC) is made up of 12–14 professional artists from across Nova Scotia who help determine which applicants receive NSTT scholarships and bursaries. We are currently seeking professional artists working in music, dance, film, theatre, literary arts, and visual arts. Serving on the SSC is an opportunity to share your professional perspective, support the next generation of Nova Scotia artists and help ensure emerging artists have access to meaningful financial support as they develop their practices.[Complete the SSC Volunteer Form] |
